Agricultural Research Institute (ARI)

ARI works for California and its citizens through 合作伙伴hips across the agricultural 工业及其他领域. Through the colleges of agriculture on four CSU campuses and allied disciplines across the CSU, ARI conducts applied research to ensure the sustainability 加州农业.

Council on Ocean Affairs, 科学 & 技术(海岸)

COAST is the umbrella organization for marine, coastal, and coastal watershed related 基社盟内部的活动. It promotes research and education to advance our knowledge of marine and coastal resources, and the processes that affect them. 

CSU Program for 教育 and Research in 生物技术 (CSUPERB)

CSUPERB provides seed grant funding, organizes an annual biotechnology symposium, supports biotechnology-relevant curriculum redesign efforts, and serves as a liaison for the CSU with government, philanthropic, educational, and biotechnology industry 合作伙伴. 

California Desert Studies Consortium (CDSC)

The Desert Studies Center is a 1200-acre field station established for the better understanding and appreciation of the Mojave Desert, from alkali salt flats to Joshua tree forest, from sand dunes to recent lava flows.

CSU Shiley Haynes Institute for Palliative Care

CSU Shiley Haynes Institute for Palliative Care provides high-quality education to healthcare professionals and students, builds advocacy, and promotes research to advance the care of persons living with serious illness and their communities. 

Moss Landing Marine Laboratories

Funded and administered by the College of 科学 at 菠菜网lol正规平台, MLML is a consortium of seven CSU campuses with a beautiful facility on Monterey Bay. MLML是专门的 to excellence in the marine sciences for half a century.

Ocean Studies Institute (OSI)

OSI is a consortium of nine CSUs that decided to pool resources to explore the ocean 沿海地区. It plays a key role in the Southern California Marine Institute (SCMI) which seeks to improve scientific understanding and the development of solutions that will enable coastal waters and watersheds to thrive, adapt and become resilient ongoing environmental stressors.

This council supports faculty and student research through shared access to databases, training and research opportunities, and events. 

STEM-NET

STEM-NET promotes research, community building, and innovative educational ideas across the CSU university system, and provides students the skills they need to excel in the workforce of the future ​and meet the needs of California’s innovative and evolving 经济.

Water 资源 and Policy Initiatives (WRPI)

Founded in 2008 and composed of more than 250 water experts from throughout the 23 CSU campuses, WRPI is developing water management solutions through research, 合作伙伴hips, education, and training that provide students with hands-on learning.
